I ordered this for the shape/size and because its non slip without those suction cups.its perfect for my walk in shower. Easy to remove to clean the shower.
I ordered in gray because we have iron in our well water and didn't want it to stain. This is soft to stand on, and doesn't budge. My bathtub/shower is somewhat narrow and the sides are beveled (curved) so after using conditioner it gets mighty slippery. With the curved sides I get nervous I will slip. 48 years old and you start thinking about that stuff, ha! I had another mat with suction cups on the bottom and they actually hurt my feet. This one is flat and wonderful and literally doesn't move. Was concerned it might hold water after a shower but it doesn't which I am glad of so it can be easily removed for a bath the next day with no water dripping out everywhere. I am going to buy another for my husband's shower!
Extremely comfortablewill not annoy your feet. I cannot comment on suction power because there is none. But the mat is heavy enough when wet to stay in place. You can easily scrunch your feet around to clean them. I roll it in a towel after showering to wring out some of the water, then flip it over the shower rail to dry. It is very slightly damp by morning. I do feel steady while showering.
Expensive, but a good purchase for shower safety, comfort and cleanliness.
